AISAP vs Us2.ai
Updated October 23, 2026
Demand for echocardiography keeps rising while sonographers and cardiologists stay scarce, and AI that measures and reports scans is one way hospitals stretch those staff. AISAP and Us2.ai both apply AI to cardiac ultrasound in different settings: AISAP supports bedside scans done by emergency, critical care, and cardiology clinicians, while Us2.ai automates measurements and reports for full studies in the echo lab. Where your scans happen, at the bedside or in the lab, decides which vendor belongs in your evaluation.
Our analysts compared AISAP and Us2.ai on what each product does, the setting it serves, screening uses, reporting results, and rollout, using the HIR review of each company and each vendor's own site. In the following sections, we compare them in one table, describe the program each one suits, and note the partnership Us2.ai announced in August.

Which fits which buyer
Start with where your cardiac scans are done.
Choose AISAP if
- You are growing bedside cardiac ultrasound in the emergency department or ICU.
- Your scans match the heart uses AISAP's FDA clearance covers.
- You want the option to host the software on your own servers.
Choose Us2.ai if
- You run a hospital echo lab with a reading backlog.
- You want guideline measurements done the same way on every study.
- You screen for heart failure or cardiac amyloidosis across a large population.
Verdict
Us2.ai scores higher on results, product, and rollout, and fits echo labs and cardiology groups reading many full studies. AISAP fits hospitals building a bedside cardiac ultrasound program run by clinicians outside cardiology.
Neither posts prices, so ask each whether it charges per study or per site.

Methodology
Each row comes from the HIR reviews of AISAP and Us2.ai, scored under the HIR method, and from each vendor's public pricing where it exists. Any published price for AISAP or Us2.ai was checked on that vendor's own site on October 23, 2026.
A green check marks a clear edge for AISAP or Us2.ai only where their review scores differ by at least 0.3 points or the two reviews show a plain difference. Rows with nothing published for either AISAP or Us2.ai are left out, and time to full value for each adds up the rollout stages in its review.
