Co-founder and CEO
Tia
Felicity Yost is co-founder and chief executive of Tia, a women's health practice that combines primary care, gynecology, mental health, and menopause care in clinics and online. Before Tia she worked at Bridgewater Associates and Owler, and her company biography describes her as a data enthusiast who believes healthcare should be both evidence-based and deeply personal.
Bridgewater, Owler, and Cornell
Yost held roles at Bridgewater Associates, the investment firm, and at Owler, where she developed her focus on data-driven decisions and fast-moving teams, according to her Tia biography. She is a graduate of Cornell University and serves on the board of Columbia University's school of public health. Her bio lists her interests as cycling, French press coffee, and “data data data.”
Leading Tia
As chief executive, Yost has broadened Tia from primary care and gynecology into mental health, fertility, perimenopause and menopause support, skin care, and longevity services. Tia operates 11 sites and serves 75,000 women, with about half its care delivered online.
She argues that lab results alone do not show whether a woman is well. “We can do all the work we want to optimize the biomarker, but if a woman is still showing up feeling exhausted, depressed and not like herself in her body, then we’re not doing the things we need to do,” she told Fierce Healthcare in February 2026, when Tia added a quality of life measure to its annual clinical report. She calls women who have fallen out of regular care “medical orphans,” and says more than 70% of Tia's target patients have no established primary care doctor.
