Chief Executive Officer
Health Recovery Solutions
Jason Comer is chief executive of Health Recovery Solutions, a Hoboken, New Jersey company that runs remote patient monitoring programs. Health systems and home health agencies use its app and connected devices so their clinicians can follow patients at home after a hospital stay or with a chronic condition.
Early life
He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Villanova University and a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Business
He started his career as a tax attorney at Deloitte, working in its tax consulting and mergers and acquisitions groups across financial services, healthcare, technology, and media clients. He then moved to Macquarie, the global investment bank, where he worked on domestic and cross-border debt and equity deals, corporate funding, and regulatory compliance.
He joined Health Recovery Solutions (HRS) in 2017, first as an advisor. He spent four years as chief financial officer, where he led the company's Series B and Series C rounds and ran planning, accounting, human resources, and legal, and eight months as president. He became chief executive in June 2024.
In March 2026 HRS bought Rimidi, an Atlanta, Georgia company known for diabetes and cardiometabolic monitoring. Comer said the purchase would help HRS care for patients over the long course of a chronic disease, after it had added chronic care management to its remote monitoring programs.
Personal
Outside work he cooks, skis, camps, and fishes, and spends time with his family and their dog.
