Dr. Alicia Jackson founded Evernow after serving as deputy director of DARPA's Biological Technologies Office. She holds a PhD from MIT and co-founded Drawbridge Health with GE. She first set out to build a fertility company before turning to menopause.
Patients complete an intake and are matched with a menopause-trained clinician licensed in their state. Members get unlimited secure messaging, optional video visits, and a care portal for their plan and refills. Evernow treats patients in all 50 states and Washington, DC.
Plans can include hormone therapy, non-hormonal medications, vaginal estrogen cream, and weight care. Prescriptions go to a local pharmacy, where insurance often applies, or ship from Evernow partner pharmacies for cash.
Evernow takes major commercial insurance for video visits, though membership fees are not covered. HSA and FSA cards work for membership. Pay-per-visit care gives 90 days of portal access for short-term needs such as a second opinion.
Evernow says more than 100,000 women took part in its menopause study. Investors in its $28.5 million round in 2022 included Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz.
Alloy fits women who want a simple cash price and care mostly by message. Allara Health fits women whose hormone questions overlap with thyroid, PCOS, or metabolic care. Mochi Health fits patients whose main goal is weight care, with menopause treatment added.

| What to ask before you buy | Ask Evernow whether your plan covers its video visits, what your medications cost at your pharmacy versus its partner pharmacies, and how renewal works. |
| Note | Evernow takes UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Anthem, and Blue Cross Blue Shield for video visits, but not Medicare or Medicaid. |
