Jeremy Weisz, Simon Weisz and Mike Lerner founded Greenspace Health in 2015 out of St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Jeremy Weisz is chief executive. In March 2025 it took a Series B growth investment from ABS Capital Partners.

The core product sends clients outcome measures throughout treatment, from a library of more than 500 assessments, and turns the answers into dashboards for the clinician and the client. Organizations see results across programs and clinicians, and can use the data for quality and value-based contracts.

Client Intake automates screening, intake and waitlist management, using client answers to decide who needs care first. A population health hub gives campuses and workplaces a stepped-care menu of resources and services. Greenspace connects to EHRs such as Netsmart, Qualifacts, Welligent and EMHware.

Greenspace says it works with more than 500 organizations, and that their clients see a 49% average improvement in symptoms. In Maryland it runs a coordinated rollout with the state's community behavioral health association across 27 clinics. Customers include Homewood Health and Pathstone.

Greenspace does not post prices. It is a measurement and intake platform, so organizations still need an EHR and note tools.

Mirah fits health systems and primary care groups that want measurement-based care with tools built for the Collaborative Care Model. Blueprint fits therapists who want AI notes and treatment plans with published per-session pricing.
