Christine Li is founder and president of Mentaya, a company that helps therapists submit out-of-network claims so clients can seek insurance reimbursement without the practice joining panels.
She left a Google product-management path to build tools shaped around therapist workflows rather than hospital RCM suites, and has written publicly about making out-of-network billing feel simple for small practices.
As Mentaya hired Maria Lulo as CEO, Li has continued as founder and president while the company keeps a narrow focus on therapy OON reimbursement instead of expanding into full medical revenue-cycle outsourcing.
