Delphine Groll is co-founder and chief operating officer of Nabla. She runs the company's operations, after a career that ran from the Élysée to My Little Paris.

Early life

She studied public affairs at Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence and public administration at the École Normale Supérieure and the University of Paris I. She competed as a slalom skier.

Business

She began at the Élysée as a sports aide to President Nicolas Sarkozy. She later led communications at aufeminin and founded Gretel, a monthly snack box whose subscribers picked the contents, which the group launched in October 2016. She then led business development at My Little Paris.

In 2018 she co-founded Nabla in Paris with Alex Lebrun and Martin Raison. She is its chief operating officer. Becker's Hospital Review named her to its 2025 list of 100 healthcare leaders under 40. She mentors founders through Women in AI and serves on the board of ConnectHer.
