Studying AI at Berkeley and Working at Microsoft
Tiong studied artificial intelligence at Berkeley and later worked at Microsoft AI, according to his profile on Readily's Y Combinator page, which also says he holds two patents and has founded three companies.
Building Readily for Health Plans
Readily connects each new regulation to the policies, tasks, audits, and evidence a health plan needs to show it complied, and it supports more than 25 million covered lives across 46 states, according to its About page. When the company announced an $11 million Series A led by Define Ventures in October 2026, Tiong said: “When regulations change or business priorities shift, a CEO should be able to ask what changed, who owns the response and whether the work is done – and get a fast and clear answer.”
