Strelzyk believes high-quality EEG should not depend on where a patient happens to be or whether an EEG team is available at that hour.
A Career in EEG
Florian Strelzyk is the chief executive of Zeto, a Raleigh, North Carolina, company that makes EEG headsets with full head coverage for hospitals and outpatient clinics. He has spent his career in EEG and related methods for measuring the body's electrical signals.
Before Zeto, Strelzyk was vice president of sales and support at Brain Vision LLC, a neuroscience equipment distributor, where he led the sales and support team, according to Zeto's team page. At Zeto he served as chief sales officer and then chief business officer before becoming CEO.
Leading Zeto
As CEO, Strelzyk oversaw the April 2026 FDA clearance of Zeto New Wave, the company's outpatient EEG system. "We listened to neurologists' needs and designed a system that helps clinics expand access to EEG, address staffing challenges, and improve patient experience," he said in the announcement.
In October 2026 he signed a partnership making Stratus the exclusive hospital distributor of Zeto ONE. "Access to high-quality EEG should not be determined by where a patient happens to be or whether a specialized EEG team is immediately available," he said in the release. After the 2026 American Clinical Neurophysiology Society meeting he wrote that AI seizure scores are top of mind for physicians, "but so are the questions about their meaning and their reliability," and Zeto published a blog series on how to compare them.
