Chief Executive Officer

IntelyCare

Matthew Levesque is the chief executive of IntelyCare, a Quincy, Massachusetts, company that matches nurses with per diem and contingent shifts. He took the role in 2024 after running other healthcare marketplaces and digital health businesses.

Healthcare IT and Marketplaces

Levesque has nearly 30 years in healthcare IT and marketplace businesses. He was president and COO of Groups Recover Together, CEO of connectRN, and held senior roles at athenahealth, according to Endeavour Vision and his public biographies. Earlier work included priceline.com and health insurers Oxford Health Plans and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

He holds a bachelor of science in finance from Siena University.

Taking the IntelyCare CEO Role

In July 2024, IntelyCare appointed him CEO and a board member, and co-founder David Coppins became executive chairman, Endeavour Vision reported. Levesque came in as health systems were still managing volatile nursing demand across post-acute and acute settings.

Buying CareRev

In January 2026, IntelyCare acquired CareRev to add acute-care workforce tools beside its post-acute marketplace. "By bringing IntelyCare and CareRev together, we're creating a more integrated and reliable way for facilities to manage permanent staff, internal resource pools, and contingent labor through a single tech platform," Levesque said in a Fierce Healthcare report on the deal. Longitude Capital said the combined business had more than $200 million in pro forma 2025 revenue.
