VoiceCare AI

Parag Jhaveri is the founder and chief executive of VoiceCare AI, a San Francisco company whose voice agent, Joy, handles long payer phone calls so clinic staff can spend less time on hold.

Healthcare Operations and Strategy

Before VoiceCare, Jhaveri worked in strategy and business development roles across healthcare and life sciences, including at McKesson and KPMG, according to public founder profiles tied to the company's February 2025 launch. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Building Joy for Payer Calls

He founded VoiceCare AI to automate back-office conversations that still run on hold music and phone trees. "Imagine a world where the time spent on manual phone calls and faxes is replaced by meaningful patient interactions," he said in the launch release.

In February 2025 VoiceCare announced a Mayo Clinic pilot for prior authorization and benefits work and disclosed seed funding. Caduceus Capital Partners later reported a $4.54 million seed round that included Mayo Clinic and a strategic RCM investor.
