Randy Boldyga founded RXNT in May 1999 and remains president and chief executive of the Annapolis ambulatory healthcare software company.
He previously led IT operations at The Columbia Bank and managed clinical health information systems work at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, then helped push early e-prescribing standards used across physicians, pharmacies, and payers.
RXNT now markets an integrated cloud EHR, e-prescribing, practice management, and revenue cycle suite while remaining an independent mid-market vendor headquartered in Maryland.
