Caregivers use the mobile app to clock in, write a care note, check off activities of daily living, and send a message to the office. It also stores the time and the location for electronic visit verification, which a Medicaid agency needs in order to be paid for a home visit. He has said the goal is one-click simplicity, so a scheduler can fill an open shift from the same screen.
